1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Defective product (within applicable warranty)

Conditions for a valid return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing/opening video may be required as proof

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used accessories
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

5. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is applicable, it will be provided only for the same model and variant, subject to availability. If not available, a refund may be issued instead.
